I dont know if its true or not, but the guy I got the Hitler sleeve from was a drumer in a white power band from Texas. He told me that he got it from Glen Danzig during an 80's Samhain tour as part of a trade for some WWII stuff. I asked Curtis at Taang! and he said that they gave away a lot of the Hitler sleeves to bands on tour that came through Boston and that they did give at least 1 to The Misfits. This is my favorite hardcore record of all time. Its only 2 songs, but they are perfect!! Playing Chunks with Choke is one of the hilights of my life!
