Son of Sam was the brain child of Todd Youth. After being asked by Danzig to play guitar on the 1999 Samhain reunion tour Todd wrote an albums worth of songs inspired by the music of Samhain. He convinced Steve Zing and London May formerly of Samhain to play bass & drums on the record…. unfortunantly he recruited Davey Havok from AFI to sing.
I’m a big fan of Todd Youth and try to support everything he does, but I would have MUCH rather had him do the vocals himself… or even make it all instrumental!
Anyway…. this is a good record (musically) and this marbled vinyl is limited to 500. Support Todd Youth!!
