My old friend darth_cita is selling some gnarly Integrity disks. We all would like to own these so I am sure they will fetch a pretty penny. Integrity always puts on a good show and makes us coremen wanna shake our asses on the dance floor.
I have been going to shows for a long time and the only core related injury I have to show for it is a torn meniscus I received mid-showstopper karate kick during Rise. It hurt like hell all night and I was reduced to leaning on the wall for the rest of the set. I knew I was in trouble the next day when I was at the TiLt arcade at the Enfield Mall in CT. I took a step backwards after finishing up an epic game of ALTERED BEASTS and dropped like a pile of rocks. My leg buckled under me like I weighed two tons. A cool 10g’s and a visit to a world renowned orthopedist and my mosh still looks super lame as ill as ever.

Through the magic of SCIENCE the doctor took pictures as he reshaped my meniscus into a smooth surface. I’m just that much close to a T-800 dudes. God bless science. Bionic knee ftw!

my only show related injury is a chipped front tooth that I got at the Circle Jerks 10th anniversary show in Providence. It hurt that night but more from the Doc Martin heel I caught square on the top of my head. The chipped tooth was repaired multiple times and kept chipping again… It still shows a little bit, but I just say it adds character and I get to tell a story that involves me seeing the Circle Jerks in 1989.
