The first American Nightmare EP has a lot of presses.
Back To School Jam press, Blue tour press, black vinyl, blue vinyl, a couple other colors. The list is pretty long.
Excluding test presses, this is the most rare. And the thing is, it was only given out to friends of the band. Very few of these have hit ebay over the years. This is probably only the fourth or fifth I’ve seen (out of 100).
Also, rumor has it that Chris Wrenn made a list of all the numbered EPs. Number and name of person who got it. I’d love to see this list. And to see how many of those people still have theirs.
I still have mine.
If I were you, and you were bidding on this, I’d ask for pics of the reverse side of that sleeve. It should have a name written near the top corner. Do it.

The cover seems easy to fake…
Just wanted to clarify:
I’m not saying this is fake. Just that I’d want full disclosure if I were to drop the loot required to buy this.
I also wrote the seller to ask if there’s a name on the back. He said there is a name but didn’t mention it… I know these sleeves are made out of some kind of thin cardboard with a sharp fold at the bottom. Wouldn’t know why anybody would want to fake this (if possible)… Where would they get a clear copy of the vinyl?

P.s. The last fifteen or so don’t have names on them so there are a few blank copies kicking around.
I don’t think it’s fake at all.
I do think it’s sketchy that the seller refuses to photograph the other side. Is the seller or the third party owner afraid it’ll get back to Wes or Masek? Do you think those dudes REALLY care if homeboy sells his vinyl?
some people like to be discrete about their auctions, it’s not sketchy at all.

I’m the seller of that record. It’s not fake. I sold it for a friend who specifically asked that his name not be mentioned. And I have another one I will be selling and I will not show that name either. You wanna see the name then win the auction.

You simmer down! What difference does it make if you know the name or not? 99% of the people that ask only want to know so they can gossip about it. You’d be surprised at who might have a problem with a record being sold. By the way I have the 50/50 Bane Give Blood and Give Blood Test Press. I’ll be selling them in a week or so on ebay.
Now that I can get into.
