An awesome record and an cool story from nuttymad who we know was a member of SSD.
He explains that SSD was asked to be on the comp, but they didnt like the name ‘This is Boston, Not LA’ becuase it made it sound like there was a competition between the cities, which he says there was not. So it was the name of the record that caused SSD to make the decision not to be on it. Oddly enough, the seller ended up being in the photo used for the cover!
I’m not sure if this is the yellow label or the blue label, but if I get an anser I’ll add it in!
