Tags Matching: 3rd Bass

I figured I would end my day of posting ‘white rappers’ with a 3rd Bass related record. I could have gone with the old school king Vanilla Ice or the new king Eminem, but I felt like both those were to obvious.

3rd Bass had a bunch of great songs and they get bonus points for dressing up Henry Rollins as Vanilla Ice and beating him up in the video for Pop Goes the Weasel. I dont think that the MC Serch solo album really got any great aclaim and there were probably not that many people looking for it, but its pretty good.

Lots of great rhyms, but my favorites is “Got crazy game so no one can stop me, but ayo, I’m white, I guess my game is hockey”. Plus theres an awesome verse from Chubb Rock on one track.
