Ok so maybe that’s not that exciting. The Nuclear Assault tape does rule though… tell ya what, how about I throw in these unreleased demos/rehearsal tapes being sold by hardcoredinosaur?

Here is my personal copy of a privately made rehearsal featuring Los Angeles hardcore punk legends THE GERMS. This is the mainstay lineup of DARBY CRASH, PAT SMEAR, LORNA DOOM, AND DON BOLLES. This is a recording of a GERMS rehearsal given to me by an old friend who was friends with the band. I believe the last song on the rehearsal is an unreleased song making this tape even more valuable. This tape also features a bonus unreleased live GERMS show as well. I believe the rehearsal tape was made in 1980 judging from the speed of the songs, it sounds like it was recorded in between the Tooth and Nail compilation and the (GI) album. Sound quality isn’t that bad for a boom box recording.

Wow. Doesn’t that make every thing better?
