Heres a lesson for anyone putting out records. If you want your records to still be looking nice a long time after they come out, DON’T give them a solid white or black cover. No matter what you do, even if you keep it in plastic its going to get dirty looking. Its fucking annoying. That’s why i love that this Victim In Pain is still in its original shrinkwrap, keeps it nice and classy. Yeah its the 86 repress with the pussy cover (the first pussy cover not the new version pussy cover) but still highly desirable in my book, especially given that it has no wear. chainxcrew does it again

Madball 3 LPS
3 more classics from across the Pacific by jbil. These dont turn up in the US much but are all over the place in the EU/Japan. Theyre nice and cheap right now and are all killer records so if I were you I would jump on them and you could have Madball’s entirely LP discography for under $30.
AGNOSTIC FRONT colored vinyl trio
Awesome coreman and resident Noizecorp poster jbil is selling some things right now to help fund his move back to the US.
These three Agnostic Front records might not look familiar to alot of us on colored vinyl, unless youre from Europe. Or apparently Japan, where Euro records go to die. They were reissued in 1999 on Kingfisher Records (which was Century Media) and rarely turn up on this side of the Atlantic. This is my first time seeing any of them actually. Awesome, another copy of Cause for Alarm I need to get now.
We need to get him home ASAP for the state of the core so make sure you bid the hell out of these auctions!
Idle Teens, Iron Crosses, And Something Called A Necro.
We’ve got a trio of records here being auctioned by hardcorex74 that I must confess to having slacked on posting up- there’s only a day or two left on em, and all three are already getting pricey. This is what I get for being a busy adult instead of an idle teen…
United Blood 2012.
I figured hardcorex74′s auction for the namesake of United Blood Fest would be as good a post as any in which to give you the dates for this years fest. Mark your calenders, cuz this year the fest returns to the former Alley Katz, now going by the name Kingdom, on March 30 and 31. No bands announced yet, but it’s sure to be a banger! Talk about unity…
AGNOSTIC FRONT One Voice poster
Technically this is a poster lot but as far as im concerned theres only one item here. This One Voice poster is a little beat up but look at it, its so fucking good. The best chest piece in the world can be up on your wall. Also props to the single nipple piercing.
Now someone just needs to make a poster of Harley Flannigan’s backpiece to go with it.
And if youre so inclined skimask*45 is giving you 4 other posters with it.
Skinhead Glories.
A trio of skinhead oriented hardcore records from seller firebythesea78 (who also has a series of Oi comps, but I’ll leave those for Sausage). For starters, there’s Iron Cross’ Skinhead Glory ep, closely followed by Agnostic Front’s Victim In Pain. A very obvious pairing of bands for a post if there ever was one. And then we close with Sheer Terror’s Just Can’t Hate Enough, which ironically contains the line “I don’t give a fuck about your skinhead pride”. I say ironically, because is there a Celtic Frost influenced hardcore band more loved by skinheads than Sheer Terror?
Crucified times two
Almost forgot about this one from our pal Kyle (deekymutombo) and this is one that was on top of my want list for a long ass time. I’m not one to drop $300-$400 on a record. And trades never lined up right for me to get this. Oh you know what song is on this? Crucified. You know that song.
But this is the version most are probably more familiar with…
There’s an awesome version of that song on this record. Being sold by donmannerism. This is my favorite AF record. Though, technically, live records don’t really count, so I get Victim Is Pain is… but we’re splitting hairs here.
Agnostic Front Cause For Alarm With Poster!
Ok, so we all know what Agnostic Front’s Cause For Alarm lp looks like by now, so there’s no point in posting the actual lp being auctioned by adversewind here (plus if you wanna see the pic of his copy, you can just click the below pic and go to the auction anyways). Nah, the main reason I’m posting this auction up is because of the bonus he’s including with it: this promo picture featuring Sean Taggart artwork that you might recognise from JayBil’s favorite AF tee:
Alas, cheap frame is not included. It’s no framed original CFA artwork like SOME PEOPLE own, but it’s still gonna look good on your wall once you get your own, preferably less cheap, frame.
Fill up the A section of your LPs
Go over to your LPs right now. Just go right to the start, and start flipping thru them. You shouldn’t have to go too far. Do you have these three records? No? Ok, here’s what you need to do, you need to bid on these records and give your collection a little more respectability. Seller hard-to-forget has made it easy to start at the beginning of the alphabet with these Agnostic Front LPs.
Don’t sweat trying to get that elusive (and expensive) Rat Cage LP. Go with the first VIP reissue on Combat Core. The plain matte black jacket with glossy raised letters? Pure classic.
Now move on to the 2nd LP, Cause For Alarm, with its Sean Taggart cover illustration, and sketchy Pete Steele lyrics. Feel the crossover.
This is my personal favorite of the bunch. Some might think that odd, especially compared to Victim In Pain. But it’s the (goddamned fuckin’) truth. Jesus, it has the Pledge of Allegiance on it for christ’s sake!
“The infamous deer head show”
Here’s one of the most iconic NYHC (or hc in general) flyers ever courtesy of matthewlooney.
I’m sure everyone has seen this flyer before, but there’s more of a story behind the show than I expected. A few years ago at the WFMU record fair, the infamous Mike Rep had a SICK book of early to mid 80s NYHC flyers for sale. On the page for this flyer, there was a little sticker that said “THE INFAMOUS DEER HEAD SHOW”. Mike said that on the way to the show from NJ, Rob Kabula from AF hit a deer on the highway and decided to bring it to the show. The deer’s head got tossed around the show and ended up in a garbage barrel outside of CB’s, which finally made sense of this interview I once read with Keith from Cause For Alarm. Someone asked him what the craziest thing he ever saw at a show in NYC was, and his answer was “A deer in a garbage can outside of CB’s”. At the time I was like, WTF was a dead deer doing in lower Manhattan, but now it all makes sense.
And if you ever buy anything from Mr. Looney, you should check out his old zine Radio Riot. It was a single sheet zine done every week in the early 90s, and he comped them together in this handy book that you can grab for a measly pittance of $2.50. Lots of good NY and NJ HC talk.
Liberty and justice for all
What better way to celebrate America’s birthday than with these three fine star-spangled platters? It’s cool AF were able to do three LP’s in a row with old glory on the cover, I don’t think even the most prolific oi bands have achieved such a patriotic feat.
Flyer Noize On Vinyl Noize!
All these old NYHC/NY show flyers and ads from sellers matthewlooney and gernblandsten are ending today, so I figured that meant we were due for an installment of Flyer Noize. Many of these don’t have any bids, so hopefully you can scoop some up for cheap, leaving enough left over for some frames.
Don’t be afraid to come party down with us over on Tee Till Death, where we have even more flyers and ads from these two stellar sellers!
NYHC Heaters.
Seller xuttermoshx brings more heat today, and appropriately enough for the currently 85 degree weather having NYC, these are all NYHC classics… yes I am aware that line would work better if we were in August and the mercury was hitting the triple digits, but after all those grey and rainy days last week, I think we can agree to let it slide.
Cool art
Nice little stash of LP’s up from mulletbrigade.
Always loved the art on both of these records, you don’t see too much of this style these days. Maybe big, bold cartoony drawings aren’t hard enough or something.
