Well, it IS Test Press Thursday, and since my absence has led to a lack of regular test press postings, figured I should get a couple up before the day is over. This one from adambombx79 though… from the looks of things, it’s one of those “test presses that are sold as limited edition” deals…

I remember being really psyched on A18 when I first heard about them, largely due to the fact that I had heard many of the songs were shots at Dan O’Mahoney. And 1999 Morgado did not care for Dan O Mahoney. You see, the year before or thereabouts, Dan O had tried to make his own return to hc with a band called Speak 714. Said band played the Space in Worcester to pretty much no one. I kind of liked that record at the time, and I felt bad, so I danced around a little bit. Homeboy chose to make fun of me for it. So hearing that the dude from XChorusX had a new band where he took Dan O down a notch or two? I thought that was awesome. Sadly, I found A18 to be somewhat less than awesome, and these days it’s very likely I would have made fun of myself too…
