BLITZ All Out Party Pack!

This is a Blitz starter kit if I’ve ever seen one. johnniec68 is giving you 4 12″s in one go. You’ve got Voice of A Generation which is chocked full of classics, the New Age 12″ which is a total banger and has an equally awesome B side featuring some great piano work. Then if you want to get crazy like you’re at Goth night at the club theres the Second Empire Justice LP, and lastly the weird Killing Dream LP which does have a few good songs on it despite featuring a drum machine and multiple instrumentals.

RIP Nidge

The Collection Of Vinnie Stigma.

One thing I don’t understand about the just up and running Collection of Vinnie Stigma website that goes along with the sale of the Godfather’s record collection by durtymickstore, is just why Stigma himself isn’t writing the stories that go with the records when they go up on the site? An All Out Attack

Seller spectrumgreen73 has been selling off the collection Mark Chesley of Mutha Records fame (aka Mark The Mutha) for the past couple months, and has sold a lot of great shit so check out his listings for what is probably going to be a ton of great punk, metal and rock/psych records. I don’t think any of us Noizenheimers have tapped into his listings yet, so here goes…

To start things off are the first two singles by the absolute pinnacle of British oi/punk/proto-hardcore/whatever you want to call them. Has any other band ever written songs that were this hard AND this catchy? Doubt it. Sorry, no Warriors single for all you Judge heads.

Never forget the warriors

I love a good picture sleeve single. Bands dont really do this anymore do they? I think saves the day did it for a hot minute when “stay what you are” dropped. Remember hen you heard the judge version and you read it was a cover song on the liner notes so you sought out this record? And when you heard it you were probably young and niave and thought it was so and boring and you were right! HA. j/k its good in its own way. I still like the Judge version more but “voice of a generation” is a solid LP in its own way. I still wouldnt mind adding this to my collection though. If youre into oi then check out the rest of the sellers auctions
