The hits just keep on coming from stab_and_kill. This is a Betrayed 7″ on red vinyl from Bridge 9. I don’t know the pressing info because it’s not up on the Bridge 9 web site right now. I bet Aram would know.

Remember Right Brigade?
It looks like xdiscontentx just put up a TON of records. Well actually just 16 of them, but it sure looks like a lot. All from the early 2000s. Just like this record.
Yellow Vinyl. This record was all the rage back then. Deservedly so. And stuff.
Members of A Poor Excuse went on to be in For The Worse.
Before the oxygen tanks
Here is an auction by stab_and_kill for Mental’s first 7″ AND YOU KNOW THIS. The record is on clear vinyl (limited to 200) and comes with a painkiller insert.
It’s a classic. What more is there to say. Also 10% of the proceeds are going to charity – SFSPCA

There’s a black hole in the shadow
Hey did you guys hear about the American Nightmare reunion shows? I think they are coming up soon. There will be one on the east coast and one on the west coast. Not sure about the rest of the details. Stay posted.
Oh what has Wes been up to? Just this other band Cold Cave. Here is a rare first pressing of their, limited to 500, 12″ called “The Trees Grew Emotions and Died” (via thewindisntdepressed)
TPT: Songs To Scream At The Sun test via Pat Flynn
Since he posted The Things We Carry tests obviously Pat Flynn is going to be selling this Songs To Scream At The Sun test too. Up for less than a day and its up to $200. Im putting money on it hitting the $600 mark easily. Be careful though, he has no feedback so he might rip you off!
Have Heart – Things We Carry test pressings courtesy of Pat Flynn
Its not every day that Pay Flynn of Wolf Whistle (new record out on SFU soon) sells his records on ebay. In fact hes never done it, as evident by his zero feedback. So this is kind of a big deal i think? I mean they’re Have Heart test pressings being sold by this era’s Ian MacKaye.
The first ones i’m posting are my favorite record of theirs, test pressings for both the FIRST and FOURTH pressings of The Things We Carry. You know these are going to go through the roof so dig deep. This is going toward the Have Heart reunion tour fund.
Lesson In How Not To Sell On Ebay.
Time for your lessons. Put on your thinking cap, and work this one out with me.
So you are interested in not selling your item on ebay? That’s right, NOT selling. Just follow these classic issues as demonstrated by kcp7399.
1. Even though the title is now 150 characters or something silly, only use 25 characters. Forget packing your title with genres, record label or similar bands. Use as few matching words as possible.
2. Instead of using keywords that make sense, use useless acronyms and weird tenses for potential keywords: h2o DFYR test pressing
3. Make sure you have zero feedback and that the first item you EVER sell is a bigger ticket item.
4. Give as few details as possible in your description. In fact, only give details that are clearly obvious from the picture.
H20 “Don’t Forget Your Roots” test pressing.
***Only 20 pressed. this is 3/20.
And there you go. You’ll be on your way to NOT selling ANY items on ebay. Good luck!
TPT – Roll With The Reissue
halapekid is selling the reissue test press of the Carry On masterpiece A Life Less Plagued on Bridge 9. Pretty essential if youre a Carry On super fan and from Australia. Not quite as crucial as having the original version but its a Todd Jones record and that means its awesome. One day Ill just do a Todd Jones Tuesday.
Test Press Thursday Is More Than Fashion.
I’m gonna guess that seller stone4124 is Antidote’s Drew Stone, which would explain the Gallery East show goodies that go with this test of Bridge 9′s live lp of DYS’s set at that gigger… not quite as cool as an original XClaim test press (has anyone ever seen one of those turn up? Ever?), but still pretty cool…
Peace and Security Record Release cover
Its surprising how few of these turn up. But obviously deekymutombo has one.
I remember picking this up at the triple record release in Providence. This was the only special record actually made for the show. I cant remember who I went to that show with or how I even got there since i didnt have a car at the time. But I do remember ripping my favorite pair of jeans while taking pictures during the AN set. Maybe Ill dig up my photos from the show now that I think of it. This was the first time i saw Death Threat too.
Every song on here is a hit and it still rules when they play them in 2011. Even if you’re fucking broke you can still make ends and win this.
Better Dead On Red
Looks like Kyle Rivalry, aka deekymutombo put up some more stuff. Almost all of it is Bridge 9 stuff this time. This test pressing of the RNR / Fit For Abuse split comes on red vinyl. Hey it happens sometimes, you randomly get tests on colored vinyl for no reason.
And theres only 4 of them. Double cool. Seeing this makes me bummed FFA doesnt play shows often, but if youre a fan of Matt Kelly like I am then you can go see his other band that he plays drums in. Maybe youve heard of them, theyre called Hammer And The Nails.
There’s also these two copies on red and white, but this is Test Press Tuesday so who cares about those.

Project X test pressing
Once, a long long time ago, I used to have a Judge test pressing. Not just any Judge test pressing but the NY Crew 7″ Schism test. However I’m an idiot and sold it. Actually Robby Redcheeks had bought it off me before and he sold it but in an odd deal him and I had worked out he had to give me half the money from him selling it. That record now resides somewhere in Germany (sorry Jbil).
This is not as cool as a Schism test. Not even close. But it is a Project X test pressing being sold by incorrectthoughts and that is still pretty cool.
A den full of Polar Bears
Im not a fan of Polar Bear Club. And judging from his auctions I dont think joeynuckles is anymore either. He has up four PBC test pressings right now. Nothing exciting to look at for most of them, just standard Bridge 9 test pressing stamped labels. But then there is that one with the Costanza cover. At least the cover is pretty cool.
The Redder The Better test press out of 15.

Chasing Hamburg test out of 20. Im not sure why you would want to chase Hamburg, maybe these dudes really like the Reeperbahn?

The Infamous And Notorious
R’N'R hit Boston hardcore at the right time, but something never clicked. I feel like they could have been huge, but were always getting hit with the worst of luck. From member changes to EPs that never (well, almost) released, they had it bad. But they had it pretty good too. They released an EP on B9 and of course this LP on Manic Ride / Dead Alive. You’d think with the colorful cast of “ex-members of” that they would be huge. The run down is ridic: Mental, Righteous Jams, Battle Ruins, Mind Eraser, … Either way, you’re in luck. This is a limited edition tour press, out of 200. ryanaircraft has a super cheap BIN because his store is moving. Jump on this one, it doesn’t come up very often.
the maggots in the iron lung won’t copulate
I’m a big fan of SKOH and I feel like they are often overlooked when it comes to Boston hardcore. I got to go on a tour they were on and saw them play everynight and it was alwasy a great show!
joelf1234 is selling a copy of the 2002 7″ with the large center hole and hand stamped lables limited to 300. This one has “Boston Is Mine, It Owes Me A Living” written on the b-side, but I’m not sure if they all did or not.
I got a test press of this from Matt Pike in big lot of mostly Slapshot stuff I bought from him quite awhile ago. I also remember when I bought the CD at Newbury Comics and came as basicly a 3″ CD with a 2″ color plastic rim around it so it was like a colored vinyl CD in a way. I think stores got purple and B9 sold blue in their webstore. It looks cool, but the only thing that sucked was it wouldnt play in my car CD player!
