Tags Matching: Cold Lake

OK I don’t usually post bad deals and LOLs or what not but I saw this and it made me smirk so here goes, besides the band I wanted to post about had nothing on e-bay at the moment.

I’ve never actually seen or heard this album, and I know it’s a collector’s item and all, but $750? I don’t know. I guess if you want to pay that much from what all sources (including the auction itself) say is a BAD record?

I love “Back To The Known”, “Suffer”, “Against The Grain”, “Generator”, and even some of the other more later 1990′s stuff, but wouldn’t it be kind of cool if this band put out this record and broke up in ~1985? I bet a lot more people would jock their first 7″ and LP now as totally essential on par with anything on Touch and Go / Dischord.

I will say though that “Eat Your Dog” + signature is funny.
