I like a rare record. Lots of collectors do. It’s part of what drives collecting, you know?
But sometimes, people just take it too far.
For instance, seller joeyavalanche631. He’s taken it just a little further than necessary.
This is the rarest color of the pressing /200. However, even though the pictures blurry, this copy has a little black mixed into it, making it a transitional copy. Usually transitional copies are out of 10 or so, until the old color fades away. So this potentially could be the rarest Title fight 7″ of this pressing.
Really? Really? Come on. I can understand buying and selling limited vinyl, but “transition” vinyl is just silly. And usually, when people talk about “transition” vinyl, it has BIG streaks. This one has baby streak. That’s right, looks like just one. This is definitely a concept of “manufactured rarity.” Just enjoy your EP that is limited to 200, and call it a day. This one ends in a few hours and is sitting at $5.50. Looks like no one else is buying into the “rarest … of this pressing” mumbo jumbo either.
