Tags Matching: Damage Control

itsxdead has a cool little BIN lot here that could be an allright deal at $1.87 per 7″. Especially if you like European HC as mucha as me. I can’t say much about the first four but the One Voice (Straight Ahead-ish, NYHC/youth crew) Damage Control (melodic UC/Dag Nasty type of stuff from Norway), Bite Down (early 80′s style HC, Boston+DC, from Germany?) and especially the allmighty Insurance Risk (totally rough Boston/DYS/Xclaim style, from Norway, had their other 7″ on My War) freakin’ smoke! You can hear all these bands on the Crucial Response site. I have all of these and they are all pretty good. Short Fuse I think are from Germany and play thrashy-HC in the vein of Tear It Up, but I am not sure. A dude from Damage Control is now in Anger’s Curse, who are also pretty good, but totally different musically than D.C.
