Daylight – Dispirit Record Release

Bmurph posted about Daylight with the correct records and the wrong video about 3 weeks ago. Luckily our readers commented and let him know that the video was not for the right band.  This past weekend Daylight had a record release show for their new record entitled “The Difference in Good and Bad Dreams”.  Everyone should check it out and pick it up at Run For Cover. Daylight had a record release version for that record that I wasn’t able to get my hands on and isn’t on ebay right now. But, If you are behind on their record releases seller bvan5298 has got the record release for the Daylight’s last 7″ entitled “Dispirit” that was on Six Feet Under Records.

Should I Get Into Daylight?

Question, should I get into Daylight? I recall seeing their merch at a Title Fight gig a while back and being intrigued. It was a Kill Holiday rip. How often do you see those? Somehow, I didn’t get to see the band play. It was probably a million and one degrees in that tiny church. But then I saw this video and now I have to reconsider

Lip piercings? Underaged kids pretending to drink mixed drinks**? Long boards?? Ugh. I’m so torn.

Both for sale from the_jakeless. Thinking about it.

** turns out the band was formed in 2004 during high school years. That’d make them currently legal to drink in the US and Spain (their home country). I’ll take that notch back.
