First off, let me start by saying I’ve never heard Deafheaven. But here’s what I do know. This band is on Deathwish Inc and play a brand of metal. You’d think, knowing me, that those facts would be two strikes against this band. But no, the buzz around this band has got me interested. I probably won’t be in the front row head banging, but I’m definitely going to pay close attention. As for their first ep on DWI, you can grab it (if you hurry) from outofstepxvx.
