Looks like pawnwst scored a nice little punk collection, and the auctions are pretty enticing with the free shipping offer.

Here are original Bad Trip pressings of two of my favorite American punk LPs of all time, I never get tired of listening to them. Stupid, irreverent music will never get old to me.

OK I’ll admit it, I’m only posting this one because the picture cracks me up. I haven’t listened to this band in eons, but I will say that the 7 Seconds show I saw at the Rat in the early 90s was one of the best shows I’ve ever seen, the place was a fucking madhouse.

Incredible Shrinking BIN

I could totally see Morgado being mad about suburban_warthog‘s sparse description of this fine platter, but I find humor in his color-coded Italian shipping disclaimer, and the fact that he brought this fine treat to the WFMU record fair a couple years ago (she later passed out drunk in the bathroom).

So anyways… this is one of my favorite punk albums of all time, and probably one of the fastest of it’s time too… not necessarily in sheer speed, but at the rate the songs are delivered. I don’t think the yellow vinyl version is that much rarer than the regular black, but it looks way cooler. Very reasonable BIN price.

AOD Wacky Hi-jinks LP BIN

A “nice price” copy of the best (or 2nd best depending on how much you like Mental Abuse) hardcore LP from New Jersey.

The two best things about AOD:
1. They are FAST — I think their drummer is the fastest I’ve ever seen that doesn’t play a cheater beat. See: AOD vs. Godzilla.
2. One of the VERY few bands to successfully pull off the funny hardcore slant. Rock N Roll Gas Station = one of the all time greats.
