Literary Noize: Deathbeds.

A little late Saturday Literary Noize for you from my pals kidcrash123 and sugarhiccups. First off is a copy of Wes Eisold’s book Deathbeds, so if you didn’t blow all your money on travel arrangements for the AN reunions, you could maybe take a swing at this. Maybe an Xmas present for that AN fan who couldn’t get a ticket?

The copy of issue 3 of the 1980 paper Boston Rock meanwhile is surely less of a big ticket item, but I think it’s well worth a look for the GG Allin quarter page ad alone…

GG

Funny thing, I actually used to have the test press long ago. Some people are turned off by GG`s later antics but this ep is pretty killer. I kinda wish I still had the test. I traded it to Malcolm down at Trash American Style(my favorite record store ever) for something. Probably somethign stupid and he go the better end of the stick but He is a huge GG Allin fan so he probably appreciates the test more than I would. I can rest a little easier knowing that. I may just have to drop a bid or 2 on this depending on how it goes in the next few days

As long as he keeps posting hits ill keep making posts pterosonus

GG ALLIN You Hate Me… 7″ BIN

The Geege’s second of three 7″ on Orange Records that were singles off of his first LP (and his 4th overall)… all from way back when his songs were great catchy pop punk. The title track is arguably one of his best Jabbers era tracks, and “Assface” on the flip is always good for a LOL — great stuff from before he started throwing poop and sticking drum sticks up his butt.

This one looks like a nice clean copy, and has a more than fair BIN price, so get to it.

Scumfucs, Murder Junkies & Southern Baptists

a pair of original GG Allin singles both signed by the madman himself.

1 – GG Allin ‘Live Fast, Die Fast’ 7″ in picture sleeve from Black & Blue Records in 1984. The seller says that he bought the single in 84 and never played it.

2 – GG Allin ‘Public Animal #1′ 7″ in plain white sleeve unplayed with ‘warning sticker’ still intact. Coming from the same seller as the ‘Live Fast’ single, he says that this 7″ was a gift from GG and Merle when he met them in 84.

I’m not sure that these are worth the sellers BIN prices, but I’m a sucker for signed records and since I grew up in Rhode Island I was always amazed that Black & Blue records out of Smithfield, RI put out stuff like GG and Bloody Mess!
