Wait a minute. I owned this Handplant EP on blue vinyl. I auctioned it off on ebay months back. A dude won it for $0.99 (or something else ridiculously cheap) but never paid. I probably still have it somewhere. So here’s my question. How is the black vinyl being sold by 97crew going for $2.22? I hope the winner isn’t the same dude… Was Handplant just Atari, one year later, but from Virginia Beach? Lots of those VA / western PA / Jersey bands merge in my mind. I know it’s not right, and that they each had their own vibe, but I frequently have a hard time telling Handplant from Rancor from 97a from Rad from … Also, where’s Dirk Backfire now?
