… then you can still snag this In My Eyes LP with the limited ‘Revelation Can Suck It’ cover that eferentz is selling. Number 92 of 120. Only an hour left at this point. Go!

Nothing to Hide
I just got through watching the video of the last In My Eyes show that just got put up on the internet. I never got to see this band play, which is a shame, as I would quite possibly rate them as my favourite straight edge band of all time. Anyway, off the back of watching the video, I thought I’d look and see if there were any cool IME records on eBay. Well, no, it would appear not. Not right now. But I did discover that their 2nd LP is completely sold out at RevHQ these days, so if you want one then ebay seems like your only option. Here’s a sealed copy courtesy of recordgraveyard.
Songs To Scream At The Sun x7
Heres another mini collection from fate_just_missed. Once youre done winning all those Things We Carry LPs you can go after Have Heart’s second album. All seven colors of the album are up for grabs. I think all thats missing are the Sound and Fury and record release covers.
Clear vinyl “friends press” out of 112 that the band actually started selling at shows by mistake. I remember a ton of them getting sold at a show in New Jersey.
Second press on green out of 1000

Third press on clear blue out of 1000

Welcome To California!
I’m in California. Are you in California? It’s the place to be this weekend. Hang out at the TTD/VNZ/Noize table if you have a minute. Otherwise, have a gander at this EP from friedchickenhead. This is the In My Eyes Demo EP with the Welcome To California sleeve. Here’s the weird part. I have one of these. Mine is number 50/50. Odd part. Mine is clear vinyl with a red slip cover and the regular sleeve. This one is clearly blue vinyl with a yellow sleeve, and no sign of the regular sleeve. What’s up with that? Can we get AP to weigh in on this one?
The Demo Noizes Of Jeffrey Pelly, Volume 1.
Does every one know jeffpelly? No? Well, I don’t know him myself, so I can’t do proper introductions, but what I can do is unleash a trio of Demo Noize posts showcasing the demo collection he’s auctioning off. I even did my best to divide it up among probable lines of interest. First off, we have the late 90s Youth Crew hardcore revival section…
Hit us back in a couple hours for Volume 2!
90′s Straight Edge. Boom Again.
It seemed only appropriate to follow up the post about xuttermoshx’s 1980′s Straight Edge records with a batch of his 90s Straight Edge records, which pretty much run the gamut of the 90s styles, from Vegan Straight Edge to the Youth Crew revival to the controversial…
(Yes, this record technically came out in 2000, shut it.)
In My Eyes Demo EP
I distinctly remember buying the In My Eyes demo cassette. I purchased it at a gig that In My Eyes did NOT play. That’s the weird part. I remember walking through the merch room at the last Space in Worcester, Mass. There was a table set up across the room, directly across the merch room from the door. I can’t remember what else was on that table. Maybe some Proc merch? Maybe some Ten Yard Fight merch. Not sure, but I remember buying that demo. Blasting it on the ride home was a trip. Probably one of my favorite demos ever. Be smart and grab this lot from apie666. Not only do you get great music, you also get some limited vinyl. That Born In The USA cover is boss.
Demo-lition Monday Rolls On…
As promised, Demo-lition Monday continues with more from seller evil74. Lots of good stuff here. I definitely remember DFJ coming back from a trip to Cleveland in our youth singing the praises of the Committed demo…
(I def remember this having a different cover, must have been a later version? No clue.)
In My Eyes – Memories
We all love In My Eyes, but I think we can all agree, the live EP is sort of crap. I’m not sure what happened with it, but it sounds like it was recorded through a boom box, than transferred from one boombox facing another and then onto dat. No idea. But the demo EP is AWESOME. And this one from sugarhiccups is great. This one is the pre-order version with the extra sleeve. It’s also numbered. Not sure that isn’t mentioned in the auction …
As for memories, watch this news clip. I always forget about this one. Some great moments. I think I spot me in there … Plus a lot of other great friends. Good times.
Rev Collection – In My Eyes
Second LP from Boston favorites IME. I prefer the first LP myself but this is no slouch either. Always the best gigs when they played! I have no idea what this goes for and am posting this to see what it ends up at.
Lissa’s Demos.
Seller lissareeder has more auctions up, and as I noted in my post about her auction for a Cold As Life shirt and demo over on TTD, this time she has extended her reach to include demos…
Dig that sick professionally blue lettered tape on that Hoods demo. So sweet. And I still have the original IME demo I bought from Tony Pops when they played the Follow Through show BTrust did at the Holliston VFW hall. Def one of their very first gigs, in fact I think they even opened. All the bands that day pretty much just played to other bands, but it was still a fun show. The Trust, Proclamation, and I think Daysgone rounded out the bill. Btrust booked it, and put a line on the flier about it being there being “no smoking, no drinking, no boys with make up in this town”, which I’m still pretty sure was a shot at the NIN/Marilyn Manson kids who shared a band with me and Jeremiah from Proclamation at the time (and who showed up near the end of the show wanting us to get Btrust to let us play… oof). It was also one of the first times I met Sweet Pete, when he commented on me wearing my FP longsleeve backwards… not embarrassing in the slightest, no sir.
Nothing To Hide Posters.
This site is called Vinyl Noize, but I want to talk about these posters from theelorax, so here’s what I’m gonna do. This is a copy of In My Eyes’ demo 7 inch, being sold by peteskater:
Believe it or not, that’s the only IME record up right now, minus the $50 BIN’d Difference Between on orange from recordgraveyard that’s always up…
and this used, color unknown copy being sold by Newbury Comics.
K, so now we’ve had the vinyl, let’s take a look at the 2 identical promo posters for Nothing To Hide that lorax is selling:
Ok. $10.99 BINS, plus 5 bucks shipping for a tube. Ridiculous. You are far, far better off going for xebayx0al8′s poster, which while lacking a BIN, has free shipping and is started at $5.99.
If the price on that sky rockets, maybe then you should go for one of those other two. Maybe.
GARY COUSINS
riistetyt currently has 6 auctions for assorted bike parts and this one for a Minor Threat ‘In My Eyes’ red vinyl 7″ in the photocopied paper sleeve!
Little back story incase someone doesnt know… the co-released Dischord No. 5/Limp Records No. 41 ‘In My Eyes’ first press red vinyl 7″ was limited to 1000 copies, but the vinyl was ready before the sleeves. The band wanted some copies to sell at a show so they made up 125 photocopies sleeves (with the spelling error Gary Cousins) and put them together. Since the lyrics sheets were not printed yet most of these 125 copies didnt come with an insert. The remaining 875 copies came in the thicker hand folded & glued sleeves with the lyric sheet insert.
I did a little digging and out that about a year and a half ago one of these sold for $1540. I’m very curious to see where this one ends because I believe the one that sold for $1540 was from Jeff Nelson so perhaps this one will be a lot lower? Its got a fair starting bid and no reserve so jump in and be part of the bidding before it gets out of your price range!
Yo Tom, I Love You!
I don’t know who theapostle24, aka Tom is, but I know that AP loves him. That’s touching. Now you have to figure out
a) if they were really friends, why would Tom be selling this very personalized item?
b) if Tom is just a fan, why did he want an AP autograph? AP is cool, but he’s no rock star. Real down to earth, chill dude.
It appears that AP sold all the LPs that were on Shop Shogun, but there are still some EPs and prints. Go scoop them up!
Edge Day (Observed)
You may have seen my post over on TTD about In My Eyes and their Shop Shogun estore. Well, fear not, it’s not just tshirts and hoods. Heck no, AP again dug deep into his archives and pulled out some hot vinyl for you.
Nothing To Hide on clear.
Nothing To Hide on white.
And then he dug crazy back and has a Fastbreak/TYF split. Get into it!
And if those albums, which are being sold BELOW recent ebay value aren’t enough, feel free to lurk ebay for more gems.
Happy National Edge Day (Observed)!
