Last one im posting from incorrectthoughts i swear.
When i first started doing a label i liked doing projects and special packaging for limited records. As time went on I didnt have as much time to do stuff like that. So when I got the chance to reissue the first Ink and Dagger record I wanted to do something really cool for it. For starters all the center labels on the records are leftover from the 1996 pressing on Happy Days thanks to Robby Redcheeks packrat skills. I was pressing at United for the first time and they did 100 on glow in the dark vinyl so asked Robby to screen a glow in the dark cover for them. The black envelope was an afterthought. We needed a dark background so the glow in the dark ink on the acetate would be visible and i had a bunch of black envelopes laying around so I figured ok fuck it. I sealed them in there just to be a jerk. Got a bat stamp from AC Moore and there you go, sold out in 20 minutes.
