OUTBURST+KRAKDOWN+IN YOUR FACE+YUPPICIDE 7″ LOT

Seller baosgarden has got an interesting lot up for grabs. The way the picture is laid it out looks like one of those  four 7″ on one 12″ EP.

This 7″ lot includes:
OUTBURST – MILES TO GO (Black vinyl pressing on Blackout)
IN YOUR FACE – …THE GRUB 7″ (Black vinyl on Common Cause)
KRAKDOWN – S/T (Black vinyl on Common Cause)
YUPPICIDE – S/T (Black vinyl on Evacuate Records)
If this doesn’t hop up too much it most likely will be worth picking up all 4 of these for the auction price. This past weekend I went to Armageddon Records in Boston and my friend scooped an In Your Face just hanging up in the store for very cheap.  We later learned that a CT head dropped off a ton of shirts and records to the shop a little while ago. Wish I could have been there to scoop all the goodies that the CT head dropped off.

Suckin some Crumbs

After a long weekend of putting down close to 5 pounds of food, I won’t be doing anything remotely close to that of the little Crumbsucker character on the cover of the Life of Dreams LP. I can barely even think about food. The Crumbsucker’s – Life of Dreams LP was the first release of a post-Krakdown band and a good one at that. This particular Crumbsucker’s release with artwork done by Sean Taggart had a more thrashier sound from their previous band and is a great release put out by Combat Core. Courtesy of recordoutlet.com we have an auction for the Crumbsucker’s LP looking or a home. 4 hours left on this auction, all of you out there in vinylnoize better hop on this if you don’t have this in your shelves.

Goodnight Noize.

Last batch from gernblandsten for the day. I don’t think I need to go into detail at this point. Just more awesome old school stickers. Fair warning tho, Casali has his eye on the Murphys Law sticker…

You Should Be Listening To These.

I am almost positive that if a band like Stick Together or Free Spirit or any band really launched into a cover off of either of these under appreciated NYHC ep’s being sold by marchingfortrash, the room would stand completely still. And that’s a shame.

Stock Collection – Late 80s NYHC

Here you go. In one simple BIN, you can corner the market on your NYHC stock collection. Seriously. Great deal. Krakdown, Supertouch, Madball EP, Outburst, Absolution and the Uppercut LP. These are classic NYHC items. Some would call them second tier, but they’d be high. Madball recharged NYHC after the youth crew bands moved on (Shelter …). And On Thin Ice? You’re moshing. Hit that BIN, it’s worth every penny. nygore has your back.

Happy Valentine’s Day?

Seller sreich666′s auctions have managed to stay pretty much off our radar until now; these three all end in less than a day, and are still less than or around 5 bucks. Weird thing is tho, in each of these auctions, he makes sure to mention that they’d make a “great Valentine’s Day gift”, and Valentine’s Day, as we all know, was three days ago. Methinks SOMEONE is single…

Krakdown and Outburst.

A couuple of my favorite NYHC 7 inches courtesy of bright_sea. It’s actually almost funny how hyped one band became for a time, while the other has stayed almost completely below the radar… I think you can figure out for yourself which is which.

What’s with that bum pic? There could be a secret giant coffee stain on the cover for all we know. Not that I’m saying there is, but come on. I’m not saying you need a masters eye for composition, but at least get the full cover in the frame.

KRAKDOWN 7″

OK first off, I didn’t know there were HC fans in Agawam, MA. I grew up in the next town over and it was definitely NOT a hotbed of punk activity. I did see the Ramones play at Agawam’s infamous Riverside Park (now Six Flags) in the mid 90s though, which was cool.

Here’s a 7″ by one of my favorite bands from NYC (technically Long Island). While not as raw and urgent sounding as their ’87 demo, the six songs here are still pretty wild and noisy compared to most other bands coming out of NY at the time. NYC’s answer to Void? Maybe, maybe not. I like to think so.

Cheap opening bid, so get to it.
