When delapasion describes the …Of The Grave lp as “very rare and limited”, he means because it actually has an insert. Since the inserts didn’t come in time, all the lp’s we sold at the record release went without (and based on Maximum Rock N Roll’s review and a bunch of emails I received asking where to get an insert, so did a good chunk of the first round of mail order). As such I expect you’re more likely to find the toothpaste green ones sans insert than the black.

Years later, when we finally had all the inserts, we sold the extras as posters. It was Garvey’s idea. Not mine. I swear.
