One of the best named Straight Edge comp titles ever up from grinchygrinlove, and a CT classic. Alas, I only really have love for Wide Awake; Pressure Release is fine but I never really listen to them, and Up Front gets a no thank you from me.

At the time if writing this there was no bid on either of these demos from weezethesneeze. Maybe that has to do with no pics of the tapes included. When in doubt ask. Or take a chance and bid away on these 2 demos of bands that never really reached the levels of fame as some of their counterparts

And we’re back again with another round of Demo Noize! As you know by now, seller gernblandsten is selling off the collection of a member of OxBlood and Fit of Anger, and we’re showing it off. Lots of good stuff in this round of Demo Noize, in fact if you add in the tapes from this morning you probably have half of a top ten list of best demos ever…

Dig Deep – New Age Records Test Presses

Time to dip into that retirement fund … richardbladeyourself is back with more New Age Records test presses. Lots of late 80s, early 90s test presses of some of the west coast’s best releases (and a Mouthpiece release, Jersey, represent). The New Age Records head honcho has done these auctions before. It’d be interesting to know just how many of these test presses actually exist. I’m guessing this is at least his 3rd round of big test press lots, where lots of tests have been duplicated. I’m pretty sure this is at least the 3rd Mouthpiece LP test press we’ve seen in the last year.

Some Demos You Need

weezethesneeze comes through with some crucial, perhaps 2nd tier straight edge demos. I know, I know. You’re thinking “2nd Tier?” Well, if it isn’t WarZone, Youth Of Today or Straight Ahead, it’s obviously not Tier Zero. But you can’t really go wrong with the Brotherhood demo. The northwest was strong on the edge, and that had a lot to do with Brotherhood. You also can’t go too far wrong with Aware, Pushed Aside or Pressure Release. Just a couple of classics.
