I do dig that black label on the boot; looks really chiller. Now, according to FLEX!, the way to tell a Tied Down first press from the repress is that the Touch and Go address on the label for the first press is in Maumee, OH and not Chicago, and the color of the label will be a “dirty green” instead of matching the green on the cover. So sadly, based on the label color in the pic, this appears to be one of the represses. Still, a classic record worth owning in any press.
