Megasus is one of my favorite current Providence bands. If you’re into heavy Sabbath infulenced fuzzed out rock they will be one of your favorites too!

Megasus started off as four guys who worked with at Harmonix the video game company in Boston and features Brian Gibson the bass player for Lightning Bolt (another Providence favorite!) playing drums. They had written a bunch of songs and actually had some featured in Guitar Hero before they put out this LP.

It was self released and they spared no expense! This is the first pressing of 200 so its on an orange/black mix 180 gram vinyl. It’s in a gold embossed gatefold sleeve and comes with a logo sticker, a die-cut embroidered logo pacth a HUGE (32″x22″) poster of the LP cover and a digital download.

There was also a 2nd press that was actually just the rest of the ‘first press’ in the same package, minus the patch, on a red/black 180 gram vinyl.

Awesome band… Awesome record… Awesome package… this is a tripple win!!
