Only a few hours left on this one from coldstares, but I really wanted to get this up here…

Love Get Real. Are they the best band in the world? No, but they’ll be happy to tell you that on their own. But the thing about Get Real is, any time they play, it’s a SHOW, know what I mean? Like it’s a total spectacle. Especially on their home turf of NJ, where it’s like every 80s movie punk scene came to life and showed up at their show. I was actually at the Halloween show this record came from (Mental played as Underdog, so I wore a collared shirt and wrote Vegan on my arm in marker and was Into Another era Ritchie), and their Cro-mags set was possibly the set of the night (and really not all that different from many of their always Cro-mag cover heavy sets).
