Later tonight, Urban Waste is playing a bar in West Philadelphia. I don’t know if I want to go or not. I always put myself into situations where I see an older band band and they absolutely ruin my idea of their band. Then from that experience I can’t listen to any of their recorded material for months on end. (Antidote, Poison Idea at Chaos in Tejas, DYS and the list goes on but those are what I can think of right now.)

Maybe I should stay in and bid on Urban Waste’s self titled record courtesy of vinylsnmore. I know that if I do that, it won’t let me down like an awful live gig. I know exactly what is going to come out of the speakers when I lay down the needle. Everything seems to be order for this auction from the matrix readings to the inserts and the oversized sleeve.  15 hours left on the auction with only one bid.

Skank yourself to death.
