Cooch brought up natalia112345 just one post ago, but it’d be remiss of us to NOT mention this Supertouch lot. You see, one of the items in this lot is something WE had a hand in. Yes, there is a Lost My Way Supertouch / Reaper Records / VinylNoize EP in that mix (plus a TTD tee in there). We’re psyched on it. Hope you are too. The opening bid seems a little steep for 2 LPs, 2 EPs and a tshirt, but hey, that’s up to you to decide. Get into it.

Well, that didn’t take long. I just got my package 4 days ago, and this one from bettysstealsndeals is already up on ebay. This person must not be a fan of Supertouch or us. Us is more likely. This package was limited to 50 lots. 50 tshirts, 50 records. No Double Cross package is being sold, but you can pick up the shirt from the package too. Odd that he split them up …

I have to admit, I grinned when I saw Slavko’s little tip of the hat to us in his auction for the Supertouch Live on WNYU test press that was being sold on Supertouch’s European tour, as well as his flat out admission of avarice…

seeing for how much the previous testpress sold i could not resist to list mine at ebay. Sorry for being an jerk.Hi vinylnoise people :)

Flippin’ It Live On WNYU.

Seller dirrrty_harry is sure to stir up the conversation (and most likely the bids) with the dirrrty deed of buying this test pressing (a European tour only version out of 50, but the actual records are tests) of the Supertouch Live on WNYU LP and immediately flipping it onto eBay. And I do mean immediately:

I bought this last night in Essen, Germany together with their new 7″ on Reaper (which blows my mind btw.) and thought, I should give you a chance to get a hold on this rare item… They sell it for 20 Euros (= 27 USD) and with a strict policy of only two test presses at each show, so that they wouldn’t be all sold out after the first gig of the tour. Nice! I was lucky enough to get one.

And by lucky, I’m sure he’s thinking winning the lottery lucky…

I have to admit; I am on some level tickled to see the traditional “American seller flips limited pressing from a US show on eBay in attempt to score big bucks from the Euros” routine turned on it’s ear. I would have appreciated a bit more subtlety though.

Exciting news. If you haven’t heard yet, Supertouch is releasing a new EP, Lost My Way on Reaper Records. The reviews so far have been SUPER positive. This is good, very good. To top it off, if you head over to Reaper Records, you’ll see some news that certainly has us stoked. Go check it out.

We have no further details to give out yet, but when we do, you’ll be the first we tell. We want to thank Reaper and Supertouch for working with us on this one. We’re hoping this is just the beginning of collaborations. Definitely not the last. Keep your eyes peeled, you may see a few other things come out of this …
