Remember last week when we posted a bunch of auctions from stab_and_kill? Well they are all ending tonight.

Well this is the second test pressing that stab_and_kill has put up in the past 24 hours. This is not only a test press, but also features a limited edition cover, and hand numbered #11. This record came out towards the end of the Slumlords era, but featured the very popular song “Drunk at the Youth of Today reunion”
We all love a good YOT reunion.
When Joe Hawk fucked up his hand, there was a benefit show to help him out. He also wrote a very nice letter and put it into the insert of this test press to thank people that helped him out. Joe Hawk is a legit dude. If you want to pretend to be stab_and_kill and own his personalized test press, be my guest.
Do you like Tigers Jaw? Do you like Photobooth Records? I’m hoping the answer to both of those is YES. If so, you are in luck. Photobooth Records is selling this great Tigers Jaw test press to fund upcoming releases. This is for the S/T EP, which incidentally, I was just listening to last night. (No joke, check out my last.fm stats for proof … proof of my terrible, terrible music taste …). Limited to 25. Best part of the record is the “personal” dedication. Check the second pic.
CT seller baosgarden brings us this treat that he received direct from “Tony during the early Victory days”. I’m a huge fan of the artwork/design/layout of this record. Acquiring a Test of Integrity on their first ep would be pretty cool, too.
A few years ago a buddy of mine BenG sent me a youtube clip of Integ playing Buffalo, and Scott Vogel was obv moshing, and there was more than a few skinheads with questionable political alliances in attendance as well. If I can get this again, I’ll post it up.
** This isn’t the video I was looking for but, its awesome footage nonetheless. This clip should also be posted on TTD because there are a ton of GREAT shirts. For instance, I just saw a dude wearing a REACH OUT shirt. So sick.
JP seller chainxcrew brings us a band that was pretty short lived, but had a decent little following, I figure. I think you can definitely bid with great confidence here because not only does the seller have 100% pos feedback, but he’s also a resident poster on this very site. There’s no tracklisting here, so maybe he’ll update that. I was a fan of them…caught them play in Hamilton, and Montreal. I got a couple demo tapes from Bill Ballard, and was stoked when the vinyl initially came out. They got a bad rap in my town cuz of the obvious similarities to NW. I took em for face value and thought they were cool. Singer of this band also sang for Coalition. That may come as a surprise to you…
Anyway this thing is pictured as limited to 10/13.
The Carrier is calling it quits. Bad news for fans of the band. Good news for fans of grilled cheese sandwiches … It’s also “good” for fans of Down To Nothing and test presses. brodyxsteinhardt needs loot. Plenty of it. He is planning on coming from Australia for the final Carrier gig. That’s not cheap. So he’s selling some gems. Like these All My Sons test presses from Reaper Records. Rejected and accepted. Chances of coming across these again? Low. Well, pretty low. They are limited to 20…
Club Lido. Ugh.
In 2010, Robotic Empire released a Floor boxset. It was nyet cheap. But that’s also because it contained 10 LPs, 1 EP and 8 CDs. It was massive. It was also $250. Which could explain why you can buy one here. Yeah, but you know what you can’t buy there? A test press of the box set. Don’t worry, chnkltgy has got you. He’s done what any normal ebay seller would do. He’s selling each item individually in their own auctions … [ record scratch ] Wait, what? Why the fox would you break up this set? That’s just stupid.
I’m only adding one picture. The shot of each album is so BLAH, it’s only worth one. But I’ll list the rest below.
Pillars Of Irem
Fuck You For Now
Saturnine + Tears
Somewhere In Miami
Riddim Of Silence 2x LP
Dove 2x LP
S/T LP
S/T EP
What a ding dong.

Oh man. The insert to this test press is possibly one of the best ever. As far as rejected test presses go, this is one of my favorites. Grab this gem from brodyxsteinhardt who also has a slew more test presses up now. He’s pulling together some loot for a big trip so hook him up.
Too easy? I think Morgado would approve … Grab this True Colors (not to be confused with Cross Colours …) from live_hard. Control Records. Limited to 23 … This one is number 14.
Allright, already, burn it! Anyone else ever think these trio of songs from Down To Nothing had a seriously stoner slant to their titles? What’s up with that? Here’s what I do know. There are 15 of these EP test presses. And you would be buying it from a dude who played on the album. You can’t beat that.
As much of a mark as I am for Slapshot, I can admit that Jerry’s Kids are amazing! The last time I saw them was quite awhile ago now at the Gallery East reunion show and they killed it! This is not as cool as an XClaim release, but its still a Jerry’s Kids test press from the early years of Taang!. The seller says its limited to 25 which sounds about right based on some other Taang! tests that I’ve seen.
The seller terminal_damage has kind of low feedback and only this one record for sale but his description says that hes selling it because times are tough so keep an eye out for more from him.
If you’re a fan of the later era Slapshot then moniskater has a lot you may be interested in. What we have here is 3 different versions of the Tear It Down double 7″ on Spook City Records.
You get a test pressing which was limited to around 20, a version with both singles on Clear vinyl which was limited to 91 copies and you get a copy with 1 Red vinyl copy and 1 Yellow vinyl copy, limited to 350 copies.
Also, if your a fan of Slapshot I suggest you check out Youtube becuase they have posted up 3 new songs. 2 originals ‘I Believe’ and ‘Rejected’ as well as a cover of ‘Gates of Steel’ by Devo. There is another new song called ‘Chocomel’ which is a tribute to the bands favorite Dutch chocolate drink. That one hasnt been released yet, but you can most likely find a live version online if you search.
Thanks to the seller negativexcreep it’s a great day to be an earthling. You can be sure that Marvin the Martian (the real MTM) already has this joint, and who knows if this thing will ever touch down into the Earth’s atmosphere again, so in order to prevent this thing from remaining an unidentified flying object on your want list forever, you better set up the coordinates on your tractor beam to Jan 23, 2012 17:43:28 EST.
I, like most of you all, am also waiting on an official discography from the LOC. I wonder how many other PM tests there are out there in the universe?
One of my fellow countrymen, martin_arnold123, is selling his Bane ‘Holding This Moment’ test press, numbered 19/20. As you can probably tell from the photo, this is a test of the 12″ reissue from last year on Hurry Up Records, not the original 7″ on Equal Vision. It’ll be interesting to see how high this goes. The price of Bane tests seems pretty high right now, but because I’m lucky enough to already have one of these, I’m just gonna sit back and watch the bidding war from the cheap seats.
