Tags Matching: The Nose

Seller rock-cold has this slice of NYHC goodness mixed up in his list of swank metal lp’s, and it’s a doozy.

I know of only one band that’s ever had the balls to cover RIP, and that was the A-team, who did both the Old Grey Mare Stomp/Stark Raving Nude and Balls N All. Oh, and Mental once did the intro to Five Golden Rings, but that was off the 2nd lp, which so few actually like. I’m still waiting for someone else to step up. I’m also still waiting for someone to confirm if the Nose was actually based on Minus, because of the hammer. I heard that rumor once, but I never fully bought it. But whether or not you buy the rumor, I recommend you take a shot at buying the lp. It’s a great one. Old Grey Mare Stomp into Stark Raving Nude? You’re moshing.
