To get back all my original artwork from Greg. Particularly the Mental elephant shirt art work, and the cover art for this record being sold by our own Cooch…

I did the full blown lay out for that… front cover, back cover, inside cover, lettering… everything but the record labels really, and while it’s not my favorite (tho Cooch’s picture actually makes it look really good here), it’s my first, and I kind of want to frame it. Thinking about dropping some money to get all the pressings too so they can go up with it, but since I didn’t do the labels, I dunno if I need more than one for that.

No Refunds!

Seller xberend is going to close out my day, with an auction for one of the two ep layouts I have done (the second being Six Feet Under’s vinyl pressing of Mental’s 2nd demo).

I’ll admit, this was early in my artistic “career”, and things like shading were clearly lost on me. So it could have been better, and given how much Barrows paid me for doing it, it SHOULD gave been better. As it stands, I find it flat and generic. That being said… no refunds. Besides, the real shame about this record isn’t the cover, which at least works in it’s own simple way, but that the radio intro was cut out because the pressing company wouldn’t let one of the samples in it sneak through.
