Chain Crew #23

Get ready for heads to explode. Our good buddy Tre is dropping a big gun. This would be the Chain Of Strength Chain Crew EP. It feels like we haven’t seen one of these on ebay in a long time. It may have been years … This one is pretty dope. It’s one of the few numbered 23. You know how it goes. Tim loves Michael Jordan. Limited to 100, a few were numbered 23. This one is going to require kicking back with popcorn.

Tidbit: did you notice it’s the same picture as the Circle Storm LP Morgado posted earlier? Don’t believe me? Check again.

Tre Is For The Youth.

Our favorite friend and seller (and Brian’s apparent choice for a favorite creepy uncle) Tre is back, and the end of his collection is approaching. As evidenced by the barrage of youths in this round of auctions… say, maybe Brian has something with that creepy uncle thing.

(What, no Batman stamp copies? You’re hoarding, I know it.)

Say what you want about YDL, but you can’t deny his description of how he got this copy isn’t LOL worthy:

This record was given to me by Dave from Six Feet Under after Damage recorded their 7″ and broke up, “Here, sorry.”

Wide Awake.

So Brian apparently wants us to make the nick name Uncle Tre happen for our old buddy Tre. Personally, I prefer calling him old buddy Tre. Or Moneybags. But hey, what’s in a name, right? What matters is that he’s always bringing the auction goods. We’ve been going through his collection for awhile now, and it looks like we may be nearing the end in the coming months; as you may have noticed when Brian posted his Warzone auctions, we’re now in the W’s. And if you’ve noticed that this is kind of a rambling intro, that’s because I’m writing this at 2AM and while my body is exhausted, my brain won’t stop, and so I’m still….

(Wait for it.)

WIDE AWAKE!

And let’s not forget about these two… it’s the demo! On a 7 inch!

U Don’t Know Tre

Looks like our buddy Tre is onto the U portion of his collection. Makes me wonder. Can we start calling Tre, Uncle Tre? Sort of like Uncle Al. I think it’s a good idea. Uncle Tre from Deathwish Inc. While you mull that over, check out his listings for U bands (Unbroken, Uniform Choice, …).

Oh, and this little band called Underdog.

Don’t Tell Me What To Do Tre.

Tre thinks that we should be posting these tomorrow, as part of some imaginary day he made up called “Turning Point Tuesday”. Well guess what Tre, you’re not the boss of me… we’re doing this NOW!

Telling me what to do like I’m some slave in the Deathwish dungeon that you pay pennies to so that you can keep driving your fancy cars… I’m not falling for it, no sir!

Sup Tre.

Good morning to you, good buddy Tre, and a good morning to all the rest of you. I recommend you start your day the Tre way, with some selections from the T section of his record sale…

Personalized?! This means you too can be Tre!

(Just kidding, you could never be Tre.)

Test Press Tre, Belated.

Well crap. I got so caught up in artwork yesterday that I neglected to schedule my last two Test Press Tuesday posts! I have let down the mighty Test Press Tre, and for that I am so very, very sorry. Here’s the two remaining tests he had for sale, and expect one more belated TPT post coming up before the end of the day…

Another Volume Of Test Press Tre.

It’s become very obvious that we can’t have a Test Press Tuesday with out a healthy dose of Test Press Tre, and so far he hasn’t let us down…

More later in the day from good buddy Tre (hey, a rhyme!).
