“‘Each of the four 7″s are pressed on black vinyl, and then housed in a massive book with some gloss overlays on the outer cover; and certain pages acting as sleeves for the records. Each contributing band represents one of the Seven Deadly Sins, and there are some added pages on cream colored stock at the end of the book that provide extensive texts from some of the bands commenting on ‘religion’. From the dissonant metallic power of The Black Hand and Catharsis, to the more classically hardcore Ruination, the chaotic bent of Unruh, Kill the Man Who Questions’ hardcore/punk stylings, as well as the mighty Damad and a set of covers from MK-Ultra.—There’s definitely a good variety of aggressive music herein, from bands that are largely political charged—all unique, yet still tied together by a common thread at the roots.’”

Of note here, are Ruination, featuring Chris Colohan from The Swarm, and Cursed, as well as Damad who would go on to form Kylesa.
