This is Vinyl Noize so here is a nice green vinyl copy of Slapshot ‘Step on It’ being sold by sector.7g. I’m really only posting this auction so I can tell everyone how excited I am that I just recently got one of the original Slapshot varsity jackets from 1987. The one I got originally belonged to Steve Risteen and hes actually wearing it on the front cover of Step on It (Thats Jordan Wood in his jacket on the back). The jacket I got is beat up & missing a letter on the back, but it looks very nice in my collection!
So since you most likely can’t have a Slapshot varsity jacket just buy this record!
1987 jackets belonged to Mark McKay (now missing), Jordan Wood (belongs to Grace Cutler), Jack Kelly (now missing), Steve Risteen (I have it now) & Hank Pierce (he still has his)
1995 jackets belonged to Mack McKay (I have it now), Mike Bowser (he still has it), Jack Kelly (sold in Europe on tour), Skott Wade (sold to Matty Rad in Canada), Chris Lauria (sold on eBay), Mosh the Euro Tourmanager (he still has it), Doug Mackinnon the 95 fill in drummer (he still has it)
2007 jackets belonged to Mark McKay (he still has it) & Jack Kelly (I have it now)
