Here’s one of my favorite local records courtesy of righteeo (who I’m guessing is Mark from Slapshot since he says “I released this single”).
I had no idea the clear version was limited to 100, I traded away one of these and a test press to a friend in Japan a few years ago in a blockbuster trade to get a bunch of rare Japanese hc platters. Anyone have any idea how many green vinyl copies there are? I think I still have one of those.

This is the debut 7″ from Bostons Wrecking Crew. I already talked about Keith Bennett in a post last week but I’ll mention again that if you havent heard PanzerBastard, you should check them out!
This 7″ was put out by Vortex Records, the lable started by Mark McKay from Slapshot. The seller says that he bought this at the record release show in 1988 and if I remember correctly, even though Wrecking Crew was from Boson, that show was in New York. I remember a story about Mark & Reverend Hank driving the vinyl up to NY for the show and hand writting assorted messages inside the sleeves.
